DELIVERY
We dispatch items within 2 working days after receiving payment.
We cannot send your item to any address other than the address you use to
check out.
COLLECTION
Collection in person is available on all items, please select the
'COLLECTION IN PERSON' postage option when checking out. Please be aware if
your items are located in separate locations, you will be asked to visit both
locations.
Collection information will be sent within 24hrs of purchase (Mon - Fri)
PAYMENT
Please pay for your order via eBay within 48 hours of purchase otherwise
we will cancel your order and relist the item, thank you.
COMBINING ITEMS FOR POST
To combine postage on items, please check out with all of your items
together in your basket; if postage costs aren't auto combined and reduced then
we will issue a refund to you but please do send us a message to ask for this.
We will not combine items that have already been paid for and postage
paid for separately, even if a message is sent to us requesting, sorry.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
Change of Mind
If you would like to return your item due to it not fitting or you have
changed your mind, we ask that you cover both the initial postage cost and return costs and we will refund the full price of
the item.
Damaged Items
In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged in transit or is
otherwise not as you expected please message us, with photographs if possible, and our customer service team will be happy
